Tiff's Treats is currently open for deliveries, to-go orders, and walk-ins.
We continue to monitor the fast-changing situation and adhere to all CDC/Federal/State/Local guidelines and ordinances that currently allow for all restaurants to operate on a limited-capacity basis. Our stores have always been to-go and delivery only, and we will continue our enhanced cleaning and operating procedures to keep our store team and customers safe. Keeping these moments going is important to all of us, as is the livelihood and well-being of all of our team members. Safety of our staff and customers is our top priority. We will also continue to offer signature-free and interaction-free delivery experiences.
Interaction-Free Deliveries
If ordering for delivery to yourself, you are all set. We will leave your order at your door or reception and let you know by phone or email that your order has been delivered. This means you will not be able to add a tip upon delivery. If you wish to add a tip, please do so during the ordering process.
If ordering for a gift recipient, know that we will follow the same procedure and notify recipients that their order has been delivered to their door or reception. If you wish to provide additional instructions, please add notes under "Delivery Instructions" after entering their delivery address.
We now apply safety seals on all delivered boxes, as to ensure your delivery has not been tampered with.
Regarding In-Store Walk-in and Pick-Up Orders
We have reopened our counter business, and you may now visit our stores to order individual cookies. However, we are currently not taking delivery orders in-store; they must be placed by phone or online. This is to reduce long face-to-face interactions. Please pre-order your pick up or delivery using the link below. We apologize for the inconvenience as we work to remain as interaction-free as possible and protect safety for all.
Because we are practicing social distancing in all of our stores, kindly allow only one party in the store at a time and adhere to the signage regarding your distance from our counter.
We have also taken additional steps in-store to ensure the safety of our customers and staff:
Our staff wears masks at all times, and gloves when handling food
Masks on customers are also required, per many city regulations where our stores are located.
We have installed plexiglass at our counters for additional protection
We have added signage on the floor to increase distance from the counter while selecting cookies
As always, all our stores are cashless and also accept mobile payments.
Curbside Pick-Up Available
Most locations offer curbside service for orders placed in advance. We will send you a text message once your order is placed; please follow the instructions listed there. Curbside service is only available for orders placed and pre-paid for online, on the app, or by phone.
