If you are a resident of California, Colorado, or Virginia, you may submit a request to opt-out. If you are a California resident, you may opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information. If you are a resident of Colorado or Virginia, you may request to opt out of our targeted advertising activities or the sale of Personal Data for monetary or other material compensation.

If you have not yet opted out of sale or sharing of your personal information and would like to do so, you may submit your request to opt out using the webform below.

The information you provide in the webform, will facilitate your request to opt-out and will not be used for any other purpose. If you do not provide the information requested below, we may not be able to identify you and process your request to opt-out.

If you do not have a Tiff's Treats account or if you are not logged into your Tiff's Treats account, your request to opt out will be linked to your browser identifier only, and not to your account, because the connection between your browser and the account is not known to us.

Instructions:  Customers can use this form to submit an opt out request regarding personal information collected by Tiff’s Treats (“Tiff’s”). Tiff’s reserves the right to refuse requests, in part or in whole, to the extent permitted by law, if we are unable to verify your identity, or if we cannot verify your authority to act on behalf of another person.
 
For certain requests, we may ask additional information or documents to verify the identity of the consumer who is the subject of the request. The information provided through this form will be used to respond to your request, including verifying identity, identifying personal information
