Our Store Manager and District Manager roles have a 100% internal promotion rate, meaning the managers operating all of our retail locations and multi-state districts started out in roles in the kitchen or as delivery drivers. Additionally, many key members of our corporate team began their Tiff's careers making and delivering warm moments in our stores. With new stores on the horizon, we're always looking for strong members to add to our operations.

Team Member Spotlight:

Rey M,  Austin District Manager

Rey was hired in August of 2010 as a kitchen help for our busiest store in the company at Central Austin. It didn't take long for his leadership to show and he began training to be an On Duty Manager in 2012. One of the best On Duty Managers in the company, he took over as Store Manager for our Round Rock location in 2015 and then moved over to manage our East Austin location when it opened. With a great attitude and strong work ethic, he was then promoted again and is currently our Austin District Manager, responsible for the operations of 7 stores. The sky is the limit for Rey and Tiff's Treats!
