Our Store Manager and District Manager roles have a 100% internal promotion rate, meaning the managers operating all of our retail locations and multi-state districts started out in roles in the kitchen or as delivery drivers. Additionally, many key members of our corporate team began their Tiff's careers making and delivering warm moments in our stores. With new stores on the horizon, we're always looking for strong members to add to our operations.

Team Member Spotlight:

Dayton B, Houston Westchase Store Manager

Dayton was hired in August of 2012 as a delivery driver at our Houston Greenway location, and as the Houston market grew, so did Dayton! In November of 2013, he was promoted to On Duty Manager. Dayton proved himself to be an incredibly effective operator and manager, thus earning the new role as Store Manager of our Westchase location in May of 2015. Dayton is now looking forward to more exciting opportunities and challenges that Tiff's Treats has to offer!
